My weekend usually begins early, coffee in hand, overlooking the mangroves as the marina comes to life. Mornings here are golden — a moment to slow down and take in the view before the day begins. If I’m not previewing a property or meeting clients for a morning showing, I love to explore the Bonita Bay trails by bike or kayak through the preserved waterways.
🏡 Saturday Afternoon: Homes, Architecture & Inspiration
For me, real estate and design are inseparable from lifestyle. I often spend part of the afternoon visiting listings or checking in on a client renovation. Bonita Bay’s architecture is one of the reasons I love this community — timeless coastal designs, natural materials, and spaces that invite light and life indoors.
Even when I’m not “on the clock,” I can’t resist driving through neighborhoods like Baywoods or Seaglass, admiring the craftsmanship that defines the area. Inspiration is everywhere.
🍷 Saturday Evening: Sunset & Sophistication
As the day winds down, I head to Backwater Jacks for dinner — an exclusive spot for residents that feels equal parts casual and refined. Fresh seafood, live music, and views of the Imperial River make it the perfect close to the day.
Back home, I pour a glass of wine and watch the sky turn shades of coral and lavender. The Gulf sunsets never fail to remind me why I fell in love with Southwest Florida.
☀️ Sunday: Recharge, Reflect, & Refine
Sundays are for balance — a morning Pilates or barre class at the Bonita Bay Lifestyle Center, followed by a spa visit or poolside reading with my latest travel book. By afternoon, I’ll organize upcoming listings, review design updates for clients, and maybe sneak in a little travel planning for my Fora Travel clients.
For me, the perfect weekend isn’t about escape — it’s about alignment. Bonita Bay is where I find that balance: the serenity of nature, the energy of community, and the inspiration to keep creating and living beautifully.
