On the Move: My Realtor Travel Checklist

It’s a small detail — but one that tells a bigger story.

As a realtor, travel is part of the rhythm of my work, showings, meetings, conferences, and the occasional getaway. Staying organized means I can keep serving clients seamlessly while still enjoying the journey. Here’s my simplified checklist for staying polished, prepared, and present wherever I go.

  • Fully charged phone + portable charger

  • Laptop/tablet and chargers

  • Listing packets, brochures, business cards

  • Notepad + pens

  • Synced calendar for all showings and deadlines

  • Expense tracker

  • Email/text auto-responder

Brand & Content Tools

  • Camera or high-res phone lens

  • Social media scheduling app

  • Pre-written captions or drafts

  • Cloud access to branding assets

  • Voice memo app for ideas on the go

  • Wi-Fi backup (hotspot or roaming)

  • The Lickley Group; Michael & Ginger Lickley and Chris Beaudoin, keeping business running smoothly while I’m away. Visit: TheLickleyGroup.com

Final Touches

  • Schedule one wellness moment just for you

  • Save hotel, airport, and meeting locations in maps

  • Double-check ID, cards, and travel documents
